In 2001 the Mardi Gras Challenge was established as the ultimate competition. Dance and stage schools from across the United Kingdom perform their routine on one of the most impressive stages in London. Past judges have inluded Gillian Lynne CBE who choreographed ‘Cats’ and Chet Walker, the creator of ‘Fosse’. The Mardi Gras Challenge is renowned for its amazing prizes which have in the past included a trip to New York to dance on Broadway, and Disneyland® Resort Paris.
